Billing and Subscription Terms | The Michelin Menace | Chef's Table Membership

These Credit Card Purchase Terms govern your subscription to the Chef's Table membership tier of The Michelin Menace. By providing your payment information, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement to Pay / Subscription Authorization

By submitting your credit card information, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the Chef's Table subscription at the rate displayed at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use this payment method.

2. Billing Cycle and Amount

Your subscription bills at the rate shown at checkout on a recurring basis (the "Billing Cycle"). The billing date is the date on which your subscription was first activated, and subsequent charges occur on the same day each cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access through the end of that period.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the charge and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

5. Auto-Renewal Terms

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each Billing Cycle unless cancelled. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept automatic renewal. You will not receive a reminder before each renewal.

6. Payment Method

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. If your card expires or is declined, we may attempt to update the card automatically via Stripe's card updater service.

7. Failed Payment Handling

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge per Stripe's standard retry schedule. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price change will be communicated via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

9. Dispute Resolution
